Tax & Duties

Prices indicated all include tax (VAT, if applicable).

Depending on your final destination, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. You may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products. We don’t have any control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount.

Orders

Upon receipt of an order, Chicavi will issue an email confirmation to the Client. This confirmation serves solely as an acknowledgment and does not require any action from the Client.

Chicavi reserves the right to decline orders in certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, delivery restrictions to specific countries or events beyond our control. In such cases, Chicavi will promptly process a full refund of any payments made.

The risk associated with the product remains with Chicavi until delivery is completed at the address specified by the Client during the ordering process.

Warranty

Chicavi One-Year Limited Warranty

At Chicavi, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on all Chicavi products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care for one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Tarnishing (for items specified as tarnish-resistant)
  • Stone setting issues (loosening or falling out under normal wear)

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Theft or loss
  • Damage due to improper care or storage
  • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties

Warranty Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Provide proof of purchase and warranty card .
  • Provide detailed description of the issue.
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item for inspection.
  • Chicavi will cover the cost of shipping for valid warranty claims.

Resolution:

After inspection, Chicavi will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item with an identical or comparable product
  • Issue a store credit for the original purchase price
  • If the exact product is no longer available for replacement, a comparable item of equal value will be offered.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from Chicavi or authorized retailers.
  • Chicavi reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, with such changes applying only to future purchases.
