- Products must be in pristine, saleable condition and unworn.
- All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and sales receipt, must be returned intact.
- Tags must remain attached to the product in their original condition.

- Ship items to our designated facility.
- Client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties.

Refund Process:
- Upon successful inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refund amount will correspond to the original transaction amount received, less any third-party or bank fees.
- Refunds issued to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Shipping Information:
- Return shipping fee within UAE: AED 30.
- GCC and international return shipping fees may vary.
- Client bears responsibility for all return shipping costs and applicable import duties.
