  • All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and sales receipt, must be returned intact.
  • Tags must remain attached to the product in their original condition.

  • Ship items to our designated facility.
  • Client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties.

Refund Process:

  • Upon successful inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund amount will correspond to the original transaction amount received, less any third-party or bank fees.
  • Refunds issued to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Shipping Information:

  • Return shipping fee within UAE: AED 30.
  • GCC and international return shipping fees may vary.
  • Client bears responsibility for all return shipping costs and applicable import duties.
